DIO successfully pushes forward its market entry to India, the emerging market with a population of 1.3 bill.

DIO Corporation, a leader in digital dentistry (CEO Jincheol Kim and Jinbaek Kim) is expanding its influence around the
world by focusing its market entry in India, an emerging market and the ‘land of opportunities’ with a population of
over 1.3 billion people.
DIO successfully participated in ISOI 2018 (The 25th Annual Conference of Indian Society of Oral Implantologists) held
at the Clarks Amer Hotel in Jaipur from Sep. 27 to Sep. 30 for four days, accelerating its entry into the Indian market.
DIO exhibited its innovative digital dentistry solutions including its main full digital implant system
DIOnavi. attracting the attention of participants.
Participants were especially impressed with DIOnavi. Surgical kits using DIO's innovative technology and its application
to various cases including patients with narrow ridges and edentulous or maxillary sinus elevation patients.
Also, participants were enlightened during the main podium lecture session presented by Prof. Byungho Choi (Severance Hospital,
Yonsei University Wonju Christian Hospital) with his lecture on the ‘Digital Workflow for All-on-4 Treatment in Edentulous
Patients’. His presentation on the digital denture workflow of the Full Arch technique (restoring prosthesis after placing 4 fixtures)
was applauded by listeners.
Prof. Choi presented again the next day as the speaker of the morning session. Over 200 dentists from India joined despite the
early hour reflecting their enthusiasm to learn more about DIO’s technology and its application. He provided a lecture on ‘Flapless
Crestal Sinus Augmentation in challenging cases’ followed by a Q&A session. Prof. Choi’s lecture received much praise from the
attending participants.
Taeyoung Kim, executive vice president and director of overseas business division at DIO Corporation said, “DIO is now pushing
forward with its entry into the Indian market after its successful entries into International markets including the U.S., Japan, China
and Iran which have so far acknowledged the excellence of DIO’s products. DIO is planning to focus its strategy in India that has
a market population of 1.3 billion in aims to further expand its influence in the global market.”
