"DIO PROBO Z" is a 3D printer optimized for prosthesis and features high-quality prosthesis output using the Full HD DLP method. This is the same as the existing DIO PROBO, but it is differentiated in that it can be produced much faster with more accuracy.
The improved engine power increased the speed by 16%, and the precision of all sections of the output was within ±50 μm, showing different levels of output precision and achieving both speed and accuracy.
In particular, it boasts a phenomenal speed of outputting 40 single crowns in just 25 minutes when using the DIOnavi-C&B Z, a final prosthetic material. In addition, the preparation process for output also used slicing software optimized for 'DIO PROBO Z' to reduce working time through fast data processing and to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- More effective curing with 'DIO PROBO Cure2'
- In the case of post-curing, "DIO PROBO Cure2" has been developed, enabling effective curing processing in a short period of time. It is equipped with a powerful LED light source with 405nm wavelength and a system that simultaneously cures upper and lower parts. It is designed to achieve high quality curing by increasing the light uniformity to the irradiated surface. It also has an alarm function and a function that automatically stops the machine when it overheats due to LED temperature abnormality for user safety.
