DIO unveils the first digital prosthetic solution 'DIO Ecosystem' at SIDEX 2021

DIO is drawing keen attention from the dental community as it announces the first release of the digital prosthetic solution "DIO Ecosystem" at the Seoul International Dental Equipment Exhibition (SIDEX 2021) which was held at COEX in Seoul for three days from June 4 to 6.
'DIO Ecosystem', which will be introduced for the first time in SIDEX 2021, is a newly designed digital prosthetic solution with the convergence of digital big data and artificial intelligence technology, as it is evaluated as the peak of prosthetic manufacturing technology. By maximizing the efficiency and convenience of the treatment process, satisfactory treatment results are expected for both the surgeon and the patient.
In particular, 'DIO ECO CAD Software', created with unrivaled technology, can convert scan data of Scan Adapter and Custom Abutment into a library. Furthermore, when prosthetics are printed with 'DIO PROBO Z', the precision of all intervals is within 50μm, showing an output with high precision. Above all, 'DIOnavi-C&B Z', a high-tech new material that is applied with special resin technology, has improved the completeness of prosthetic products by implementing prosthetic designs and aesthetics optimized for patients' oral cavity.
In addition, the DIO exhibition booth held a demonstration along with a digital workflow exhibition of 'DIO Ecosystem' and △Oral scanner 'Medit i500' △'DIO ECO CAD Software' △3D printer 'DIO PROBO Z' △3D printer curing machine 'DIO PROBO Cure2' △New material for permanent prosthesis 'DIOnavi-C&B Z' are disclosed. It provides visitors with an opportunity to see in person the entire process, which is completed in just an hour from scanning to prosthetic design, 3D printing, and prosthetic production.
In addition, DIO offered variety of products and special promotions for on-site sales to provide visitors with unique entertainment.
