Recently, as clinicians' interest in digital dentistry increases, digital guides are more common than ever.
The biggest reason is that, over the course of gradual progress of the technology, the popular view of the digital dental procedure is now deemed safe and stable to try.

And on July 27, DIO wrote a new history of the digital guide system by reaching a record of placing over 500,000 holes.
DIOnavi.'s breakthrough of placing 500,000 holes is meaningful in that it has built a sense of confidence that it can be placed accurately in any clinical case based on the vast amount of data accumulated over the years beyond the number of 500,000.

DIOnavi. has many advantages, but among them, unmatched high accuracy is the key. In particular, the drill tube differentiated from other companies is the key secret to DIOnavi.'s drilling precision. DIO's drill tube plays a decisive role in preventing to shake to the left and right direction during drilling.
DIOnavi has developed into the current system with improved surgical accuracy by sequentially releasing 7mm, 9mm, and 12mm long tubes optimized for the anterior teeth.
The excellent precision of DIOnavi. can be known through the ‘One Screw Test’. This test is usually used to measure the precision of the prosthesis in edentulous cases. The 'One Screw Test' is a method to measure the value of the error of the biggest gap that appears when only one screw of the final prosthesis' metal frame is screwed into the implant. The guide is often said to be precise if the test error value is less than 200㎛. Surprisingly, showed unbelievable error values of 120㎛ when 4 implants were placed and 150㎛ when 6 were placed, and thus its precision was verified.

Full Arch’ was developed and a new solution for the treatment of edentulous patients was introduced to the world. In the meantime, edentulous cases have been classified as being difficult for clinicians to access because of difficulties in prosthetics and limitations in treatment options. In response, DIO has completely resolved these concerns and ‘DIOnavi. Full Arch' was introduced.
‘DIOnavi. Full Arch’ is an edentulous solution that reconstructs the oral cavity of edentulous patients by placing 4 to 6 implants in the maxilla or mandible. Above all, it has distinct characteristics of being able to perform guided surgery with CT and scan data and place precisely manufactured temporary prostheses in just one day. On top of that, the entire process of surgery was completed digitally, including the production of the final prosthesis using temporary prosthesis data, which enhanced the degree of completion.
This full digital method not only reduced the operation time and the number of patient visits, but also solved the problems of complex impression taking and prosthesis manufacturing process in the analog method, and opened a new path for treating the edentulous patients with the best precision and the fast final prosthetic system.
