DIO's digital guide system, 'DIOnavi.', has solidified its position as a representative digital guide, ahead of breaking through 800,000 cumulatively installed holes for the first time in a guide system.
'DIOnavi.', launched in 2014, was loved by many clinicians as the first full-digital implant that applied digital to the entire treatment process, and in December 2022, it was the first digital guide system to exceed 700,000 accumulated holes.
In particular, ‘DIOnavi.’, which is recognized not only in Korea but also in the global market, is still showing off its presence in the global market by differentiating itself with technology that captures the accuracy of implantation, surgical safety, and user convenience.
'DIOnavi.' consists of three lineups with drill tube lengths of 7mm, 9mm, and 12mm, which maximize the contact area with the drill to prevent shaking during drilling. It also made it possible to perform accurate procedures. In addition, the tolerance between the drill tube and the metal sleeve is minimized to only 0.01mm to induce accurate initial drilling. This is a minimum tolerance value that can be narrowed down with Korean machining technology, and boasts unrivaled accuracy that no one can follow.
In addition, Double Contact Drilling, which minimizes errors along the previous drilling direction by generating contact in the sleeve and bone cavity with a dedicated drilling protocol considering bone quality and drill characteristics, also contributed to the high accuracy of ‘DIOnavi.’
In addition, by applying a metal sleeve that prevents abrasion of the guide hole, the ‘Guide Chip’ phenomenon that can be caused by the friction between the guide and the drill is fundamentally blocked and safety is ensured.
