3D Printing Material

A cutting-edge new material for surgical guides

DIO released 'DIOnavi-SG02 ',
a cutting-edge new material for surgical guides.

Challenging to become the top of the global dental 3D printing market

On July 20, DIO, a leading digital dentistry company (CEO Jin-Baek Kim), completed the acquisition of domestic approval for “DIOnavi-SG02,” a new high-tech 3D printing material with enhanced transparency.

DIO started developing 3D printing materials in 2016. Then, in 2018, with the 3D printer 'DIO PROBO', DIO developed 'DIOnavi-SG', a new material for surgical guides optimized for digital dentistry.
Subsequently, DIO succeeded in independently developing key materials for dental 3D printer: △Temporary Crown △Dental Model △Castable Resin △Denture Base, and domestically, it developed five 3D printing materials;(C&B, SG, Cast, Model, Denture) and received spotlights as a company that has built all lineups from production to distribution.

In particular, 'DIOnavi-SG02', developed recently, is a material for surgical guides, and is known for its transparency compared to previous materials. It is easy to secure the visual field of the operator during the implant procedure, and it boasts a degree of transparency that allows you to directly check the sleeve to see if its fully seated. In addition, the usability was further improved by the minimization of guide fracture phenomenon due to its bending strength of 80 MPa or more, high elasticity, and toughness.

In addition, DIO has completed the development of 'DIOnavi-C&B Z', a new material for permanent prosthetics, which is in the spotlight as a core material in the dental treatment field, and has secured all the core technologies and infrastructure to lead the digital revolution.
