STEP 1
- Scanning
- Obtain impression data by scanning the patient's oral condition with the oral scanner 'Medit i500'.
STEP 2
- Designing
- The software ‘DIO ECO CAD S/W’ makes it easy to design prostheses similar to the patient's natural teeth.
STEP 3
- 3D Printing / Curing
- The 3D printer ‘DIO PROBO Z’ is optimized for prosthesis production which prints out high-quality final prostheses.
STEP 4
- Prosthetic Connection
- The final 3D-printed prosthesis 'DIOnavi-C&B Z' is placed on the patient's oral.
This whole process will be completed in just an hour.
