DIO held the 1st Junior Board appointment ceremony!

Cross-generational communication channel expected to form a positive organizational culture
On January 12, DIO celebrated the organization of the first committee of Junior Board, launched to boost innovation of the organizational culture.
The 'Junior Board' is a youth board meeting comprised of employees at the manager level and under, promoting open communication among young employees.
DIO nominated nine members at the appointment ceremony who will serve as a communication channel for young employees representing the future generation. These meetings are held independently, and it is expected that a positive organizational culture can be achieved by free communication about ideas visions that can improve the company.
CEO Jin-baek Kim said, “We will break away from formal meetings and create an exemplary case for junior boards with autonomy and authority.” He also said, "We will create wind and waves for the company by discovering new perspectives and creative ideas from the younger generation."
Meanwhile, elected young directors plan to contribute to the creation of a new organizational culture through regular meetings twice a month during their one-year term.
